The RAD program is a systematic learning curriculum that will train students of dance to use the correct technique that will carry them through many years of healthy injury free training. If developed carefully it will help a young student become a dancer with a strong, clean technique and appealing artistic performing qualities. Students are encouraged to achieve their personal best in the understanding appreciation and performance of classical ballet. On completion of the exam you will be given a certificate and a report that contains feedback from the professional academy dance examiner.

We staff ballet teachers who hold vocational and teaching certificates with the internationally renowned Royal Academy of Dance . These teachers are qualified to train and enter young dancers for ballet examinations.

The certification earned by students at the RAD vocational level is recognized by many college, university and dance company programs. Students must take a minimum of two ballet classes each week to participate in the exams. Examination fees vary for each grade or level.

The Royal Academy of Dance was founded over 80 years ago and it is the largest, most influential dance teacher training and examining body for classical ballet in the world.

Their teaching method is taught in over 70 countries in the world, setting high standards of dance training for over 250,000 students each year. Their international network of examiners travel the world examining pupils in the Syllabus at every level.
